Our 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love every purchase from Veshra. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be in their original, unused condition
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odours, or damage
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or worn
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us — Email us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive your Return Authorisation (RA) — We'll reply within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) — Pack your item(s) securely and include your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe) or, if you prefer, as wallet credit to your Veshra account for instant use on your next order. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please initiate your return as above and specify that you'd like an exchange. We'll reserve the replacement item while your return is in transit.
