Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD (before taxes). Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order in person? Select Local Pickup at checkout. We will send you an email with the pickup address and instructions once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have a Veshra account, you can also view your order status at any time from your account dashboard.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Veshra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is shipped.
